8. Company-Initiated Cancellation


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if:

  • The client violates any applicable terms or agreements

  • There is non-payment or delayed payment

  • The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical behavior

  • Continued service poses legal, reputational, or operational risk

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued for work already performed

  • Any outstanding balances remain payable

9. Exceptional Circumstances


In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., significant service failure or inability to deliver agreed scope), we may consider:

  • Partial cancellations

  • Adjusted billing

  • Alternative service arrangements
