We don’t sell one-off tasks — we build growth systems.

Every engagement requires immediate investment in research, strategy, and execution. By onboarding with KX Consulting, you are securing time, expertise, and intellectual property that is reserved exclusively for your business.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to KX Consulting are final and non-refundable.

This policy ensures we can maintain the highest level of service quality, focus, and resource commitment for every client we work with.

3. Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may only be considered under rare and exceptional circumstances:

  • Verified duplicate transactions

  • Proven billing errors on our end

  • Cases explicitly covered under a signed custom agreement

All approved refunds, if any, remain at the sole discretion of KX Consulting.

4. Results & Performance

We specialize in driving measurable growth through paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization. However, digital marketing outcomes are influenced by multiple external factors including market dynamics, competition, platform algorithms, and client-side execution.

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results or timelines, and refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations.

5. Client Responsibility

Successful outcomes require collaboration.

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely approvals and access to required assets

  • Share accurate business information and data

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication

Delays or lack of participation from the client side do not qualify for refunds.

6. Service Cancellation

Clients may request to discontinue services with a minimum 7-day written notice.

  • Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles

  • Any work completed or in progress remains non-refundable

  • Active campaign budgets (ad spend) are managed separately and are non-refundable through KX Consulting

7. Payment & Chargebacks

By engaging with KX Consulting, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of agreement and may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Legal recovery of funds

  • Additional administrative and legal fees

8. Refund Processing (If Approved)

In the rare event a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Issued via the original payment method

  • Any applicable processing or administrative fees may be deducted

9. Policy Updates

KX Consulting reserves the right to update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
